The Rwanda Biomedical Centre RBC hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for the “Tender for procurement of Furniture for RBC building”

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of Five Thousand (5,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any commercial bank.

The bid will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 21/04/2021 at 13h00’ PM local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 13:30 PM, local time.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

All interested s bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than Seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
