  We are planning to commence operations next summer. Therefore, I would like to inquire if you have such barges available in stock. If there are no vessels readily available, we are ready to consider the possibility of newbuilding.
  
  The vessels will be operating in sea waters. Construction must be carried out under the survey of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS).
