        The contractor will have to support EMSA with the implementation of the first releases of the ESD, eCLD and eCHD services required by the EMSWe regulation and integrate them with each Member State MNSW. In addition, the FWC will allow the setup of IT operations and helpdesk for the first three years of the operation of the solution. The activities shall allow for operation in a 24/7 mode with high availability.
