SUBJECT MATTER OF THE ORDER

The subject of this Order is divided into four baskets, i.e.:

Basket 1, performed for Resinvest Skawina, covering the delivery of power generators with a total capacity of 250 MW;

Basket 2, performed for Resinvest Skawina, covering the delivery of cogeneration units with a total capacity of 50 MW;

Basket 3, performed for Resinvest Polska, covering the delivery of cogeneration units with a total capacity of 50 MW;

Basket 4, carried out for Resinvest Chorzów, covering the supply of cogeneration units with a total capacity of 46 MW;

(Basket 1, Basket 2, Basket 3 and Basket 4 are collectively referred to as the "Baskets").

The Bid evaluation will be based on the Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”). The calculated IRR will constitute the Bid Evaluation Value (“BEV”) which forms the basis for selecting the most advantageous Bid. The Bid that has received the highest BEV will be selected as the most advantageous.
