PROJECT REFERENCE NO. B-GOODS-PK2-2O26-012

PROJECT TITLE/DESCRIPTION: B-GOODS-PK2-2026-012-PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINE FOR SENIOR CITIZEN FOR BARANGAY PASONG KAWAYAN II CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE.

1. The BARANGAY PASONG KAWAYAN II through the General Fund intends to apply the sum FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 400,000.00) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the PROJECT REFERENCE NO. B-GOODS-PK2-2025-066 PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINE FOR SENIOR CITIZEN FOR BARANGAY PASONG KAWAYAN II CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS CAVITE. Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Pasong Kawayan II now invites bid for B-GOODS-PK2-2026-012 - PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINE FOR SENIOR CITIZEN FOR BARANGAY PASONG KAWAYAN II CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE.

3. Completion of the Goods require 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-descriptionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procerement Reform Act”.

5. In addition, Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizen of the Philippines.

6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Brgy. Pasong Kawayan II City of General Trias and inspect the Bidding Documents on March 20 – March 27, 2026 at the address given below from 9:00AM to 4:00PM

7. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of PHP 500.00

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 03, 2026 at 8:00AM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause.

9. Bid opening shall be on April 03, 2026 at 8:00AM at Brgy. Pasong Kawayan II Hall City of General Trias, Cavite in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

10. The Barangay Pasong Kawayan II reserved the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affrected bidder or bidders.
