INVITATION TO BID-08

PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION OF STAGE AT GRACIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

1. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, Through Special Education Fund(SEF) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3,000,000.00) broken down as follows:
ITEM BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sub- ABC

Construction of Complete Building Facility, starting with Project billboard, Safety Compliance and Mobilization works, include Earthworks, Concrete works, termite control, and masonry using CHB partitions. Structural will equipped with fabricated materials, doors, windows, metal railings and necessary hardware. Architectural works cover plastering, ceilings, facia boards, waterproofing, tilling and painting, roof construction consists of Structural steel trusses purlins,cladding and long –span metal roofing with flashing and gutters. Plumbing and sanitary works include sewer and water lines, storm drainage, plumbing Fixtures, a Septic vault, and catch basins. Electrical Works will provide conduit Installations,, wiring, panel boards and lighting fixtures, resulting in a fully Functional and finished building.

Total ABC Php 3,000,000.00

being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure Construction of Stage at Gracia Elementary School . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement of Infrastructure Construction of Stage at Gracia Elementary School and Project Completion required 180 C.d. after the received of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders)

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”

4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat
at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from April 08,2026 to April 27,2026

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on April 17, 2026 to
April 27, 2026 before 9:30 A.M. from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the
Bidding Documents pursuant to the Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos Only Php 5,000.00. At Municipal Treasurer’s Office –LGU-Tagoloan, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for Bidding Documents not later than the Submission of their bids.


6. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental with hold a Pre-Bid Conference on April 16, 2026
At 9:00 O’clock in the Morning at Municipal Conference Room, Ground Floor Municipal Hall Building Poblacion ,Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, this shall be Open to prospective bidders.


7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 9:30 in the
Morning on April 27, 2026 .All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid Opening shall be on 9:30 in the morning on April 27, 2026 at the Municipal Conference Room Ground Floor, Municipal Hall Building- Poblacion, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above. Late bids shall not be accepted.

8. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental reserves the right to accept or reject any all bids,
declare a failure of bidding , or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
