GOODS

The Municipal Government of Asipulo, through the Municipal General Fund of FY 2026
intends to apply the sum indicated in the table below, being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) for the payment of
Supply and Delivery of Pigs for 2026 Kulpi"d Asipulo
Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipal Government now invite bids for these projects with description and details of bidding activities as per table below:

Bid evaluation, post qualification and award of contract In accordance with the period prescribed in the revised IRR OF RA 9184 and RA 12009

1. Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last five(5) years with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC
per project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Sub-section 5, Section II-Instruction
to Bidders.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using nondiscretionary pass/fail criteria. All particulars relative to
eligibility statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bid Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award
of contracts shall be governed by pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and RA 12009 and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat Office and may inspect the Bidding Documents at the Office of the
BAC Secretariat, Municipal Building of Asipulo, Ifugao Province upon payment of non-refundable fee in the amount slated above.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by the interested bidders at the BAC Secretariat Office upon payment of non-
refundable fee in the amount stated above.

5. Pre-bid conference will be opened to all interested parties;
Bid shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or his/her authorized representatives who choose
to attend. Late Bids shall not be accepted.

6. The Municipal Government of Asipulo reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at
any time prior to contract award, in accordance with RA 9184 and RA 12009 and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, the
without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder or bidders.
