Lot 1 -Zoom Conference (Pro) for 9 Months
1. Plan Type: Zoom Meetings Pro (paid meeting license)
2. Base License Capacity: Up to 100 participants per meeting (default) with 30 hour meeting duration limit
3. Large Meeting Add On: Required to expand capacity to up to 1,000 interactive participants
4. Participant Interaction: All participants can share audio, video, and screen (not view only)
5. Video Quality: HD video (720p/1080p), automatic adjustment per bandwidth
6. Breakout Rooms: Support for up to 100 breakout rooms for group collaboration
7. Interactive Features: Polling, reactions, Q&A (in meeting), raise hand, chat (private & group)
8. Recording: Local and cloud recording options, with automatic transcription available
9. Host Controls: Mute/unmute participants, spotlight/swap speakers, lock meeting, assign co hosts

Bidders may submit quotations for any or all lots, and award shall be made on a per-lot basis to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (LCRQ). However, if a bidder is determined to have the LCRQ in multiple lots, the Procuring Entity reserves the right to require the bidder to submit proof of stock availability or demonstrate operational capacity for the combined volume during post-qualification. Failure to demonstrate sufficient on-hand stocks for the cumulative award shall be a ground for post-disqualification in the applicable lots.

*** NOTE/REMINDER TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
Bidders may submit quotations for any or all lots, and award shall be made on a per-lot basis to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (LCRQ). Supplier shall submit the following requirements:
1. Duly signed Request for Quotation (RFQ) with filled up detailed estimate of appraisal, (price quoted in Philippine Peso);
2. Valid Mayor’s permit issued by the City or Municipality where the principal place of business is located;
3. PhilGEPS Registration;
4. For Red Members, please attach copies of Mayor"s Permit and Business Tax Return;
5. Certified True Copy of Income / Business Tax Return
6. Certified True Copy BIR Certificate of Registration
7. Original and Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement with attach Proof of Authority to Sign.

Quotations must be submitted on or before March 17, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. Late submissions shall NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Proceed to the BAC Office at the 9th Floor to drop the envelope.
Note: The official time of submission is the time the envelope is received at the 9th Floor c/o BAC Secretariat, NOT the time of arrival at the Ground Floor Lobby. Bidders are strongly advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the deadline to account for the queuing and issuance of RFID passes at the lobby.
