Prospective Bidders should be compliant w/ the following:
1. With compliance w/ mandatory government remittances such as:
SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
2. Should have a DOLE certificate of no pending case.
3. Should have a PCSUCIA national license for security agency.

Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC)
Interested bidders must have an SLCC with a value equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, completed within the past one (1) year.

Bid Security
The City Government of Dasmariñas shall accept only Cash or a Manager’s Check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank, in an amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the ABC, as the sole acceptable form of Bid Security.

Accreditation Requirements for New Bidders
New bidders who wish to participate in the bidding are required to submit the following documentary requirements for accreditation:
1. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration
2. Valid Mayor’s Permit
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration under Platinum Membership
4. Proof of payment of a non-refundable accreditation fee amounting to Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00)
All accreditation requirements must be duly submitted and processed prior to the submission of bids.
