INVITATION TO BID
The LAOAG CITY, through the Government Appropriation Act – 20% Development Fund intend to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand
Six Hundred Forty-Three Pesos (Php4,494,643.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Solicitation No. 2026-002K. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The LAOAG CITY now invites bids for the Supply and delivery of drugs and
medicines for use at the City Health Office, RHU I, II, III, medical mission and others for the 1st quarter 2026.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on March 4-18, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable
fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P5,000.00.
The LAOAG CITY will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on March 4, 2026 at BAC Conference Room Extension, South Wing, Laoag City Hall, which shall be open only to
all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or March 18, 2026, 1:30PM. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and
in the amount stated in ITB. Bidders shall include a printed copy of the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD), properly filled-out and duly signed on each
page, inside the Bid Proposal Envelope at the time of submission. Bid opening shall be on March 18, 2026, 1:30PM at BAC Conference Room Extension, South
Wing, Laoag City Hall. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not
be accepted.
The LAOAG CITY reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
