Description
The Department of Education – Antonio C. Esguerra Memorial National High School through its Bids and Awards Committee will undertake a Small Value Procurement under Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 for the items/s listed below, subject to the General Conditions on the last page and submit your best quotation duly signed by your representative not later than the set deadline at the BAC Secretariat Office.

for teachers and school staff.

Award of the contract shall be made to the bidder with the lowest quotation for the subject goods and services which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein.

Prospective bidders shall accomplish and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (PQF) on or before February 16, 2026, 8:00 in the morning at DepEd–Antonio C. Esguerra Memorial National High School Sampaguita Rd. Lupang Arenda Brgy. Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal 1920. Open submission may be done manually. Using forms other than the attached Department of Education – Antonio C. Esguerra Memorial National High School prescribed PQF is unacceptable.

Purchaser’s requirements for the Prospective Bidders:
1. Latest Mayor’s Business Permit;
2. DTI / SEC;
3. Certificate of Registration - BIR (COR);
4. PhilGEPS Certificate / PhilGEPS Registration Number;
5. A Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement will (be required to be submitted before award).
6. Price Quotation
Any alterations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if signed or initialed by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative.

The Department of Education – Antonio C. Esguerra Memorial National High School reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject


all bids at any time before contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
