[REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (ROOFING WORKS)AT
Barangay ZONE 7, Bulan, Sorsogon


The Barangay Council through the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS ONLY(P 370,340.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (ROOFING WORKS) OF barangay -ZONE 7, Bulan, Sorsogon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Barangay ZONE 7 Council (Bids and Awards Committee) now invites bids for the project REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (ROOFING WORKS)OF ZONE 7, Bulan, Sorsogon. Completion of the Works required is FIFTEEN(15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instruction to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED Pesos (P 500.00).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before FEBRUARY 19, 2026 – 9:00 A.M. at the Barangay Hall of ZONE 7-Bulan. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Opening of bids shall be held on FEBRUARY 19, 2026 – 9:30 A.M – Barangay Hall, Brgy. ZONE 7, Bulan, Sorsogon. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Bids and Awards Committee (Barangay ZONE 7) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

Deadline of submission of bids will be on FEBRUARY 19, 2026, 10:00Pm at BARANGAY HALL, BARANGAY ZONE 7 BULAN SORSOGON. Bid Opening will follow at 10:30am.
The BAC will use non-discretory "pass/fail" criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary of Bids. The BAC will schedule the conduct of post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.
A complete set of bidding documents maybe purchased by the interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED Pesos (500.00).
The Barangay Officials of ZONE 7 serves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract of award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
