Description
The BLGU – BAYANIHAN, Libjo, Dinagat Islands, through the NATIONAL WEALTH SHARE CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 ONLY 500,000.00.), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY AND STAGE AT SITIO BULOC-BULOC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The BLGU – BAYANIHAN, Libjo, Dinagat Islands now invites bids for 1.0 Occupational Safety and Health Program 1.00 l.s, 2.0 Project Billboard 1.00 l.s, 3.0 Clearing and Grubbing 1.00 I.s, 4.0 Survey, Layout and Staking 1.00 l.s, 5.0 Mobilization and Demobilization 1.00 l.s, 6.0 Excavation, Common Soil 0.80 cu.m, 7.0 Embankment, Common Materials 21.00 cu.m, 8.0 Reinforcing Steel Bars 168.00 kgs, 9.0 Structural Concrete, Class "A" 3.14, 10.0 Roofing Works 1.0 l.s, 11.0 Installation of CHB Walls with Plastering and Finishing 1.0 l.s, 12.0 Installation of Cladding Walls and Wood Frames 1.0 l.s, 13.0 Subbase Preparation (Gravel) 8.00 sq.m, 14.0 Formwork Installation 26.25 bd.ft, 15.0 Concrete Pavement (0.10m thk., 2m width) 8.00 sq.m, 16.0 Curing 8.00 sq.m, 17.0 Backfilling and Cleanup 1.00 l.s. under Advertisement No. 26-01. Completion of the Works is required Fifty-Four (54) Calendar days.

Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
1. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php 500.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents not later that the submission of their bids.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before FEBRUARY 16, 2026 @ 1:30 pm at Brgy. Multi-Purpose Hall of Brgy Bayanihan, Libjo, Dinagat Islands. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
7. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnership or organization with at least seventy.
8. The BLGU – Bayanihan, Libjo, Dinagat Islands] reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
