The Barangay Council of Napolan, Pagadian City, through its Bids & Awards Committee Chairman (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for hereunder contracts:

Approved Budget: THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 300,000.00)
Charges; 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND (2025)
Contract Duration: 30 C.D.


Prospective Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar
contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment
(Listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary


pass/fail criteria in the in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its implementing rules & Regulations (IRR).


The complete schedule of activities is listed, as follows:
Bidding documents will be available only upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php 200.00 to the Barangay Treasurer Bid and other documents must be submitted on or before FEBRUARY 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM BARANGAY HALL, BARANGAY NAPOLAN. The committee shall convene for public opening on the said date and time.

The committee shall reserve its right to reject any defects, in formalities and accept only these found most advantages to the government.
