INVITATION TO BID

COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE HALL

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS & 30/100(461,816.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE HALL from Financial Assistance-Province of Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan now invites bids for the COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE HALL. Completion of Project is [45 days]. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/Fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act of 2009.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat at the address given below during regular working hours. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500. 00) per project.

The Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders/Bidders’ representatives at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the Bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/s. Further, Local Government Unit of Rizal assumes no obligation to compensate any bidder/s for any loss or expense incurred in the preparation of the bid documents or participation in the bidding process.
