The Municipality of Sibalom through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Project : PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY TRANSPORT VEHICLE (BRAND NEW)

Location : MDRRMO, Sibalom, Antique

Approved Budget : Php1,100,000.00

Brief Description : For the Supply and delivery of Emergency Transport Vehicle at, MDRR Office
Sibalom,,Antique,

Delivery Period : Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon Receipt of Purchase Order

Source of Funds : LDRRM SPECIAL TRUST FUND NO.1

Prospective bidder should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for the bidding. Unregistered suppliers/contractors must first register at the Bids & Awards Committee Secretariat at Sibalom Municipal Hall. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement of screening, Bid security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract, shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing rules & Regulations (IRR).

The complete schedule of activities is as follows:

Issuance of Bidding Documents : January 8, 2026 – January 19, 2026

Pre-bidding Conference : January 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

Submission of Bids : On or before 11:30 AM of January 29, 2026

Opening of Bids : January 29, 2026 at 2:00 p. m.

Fenete Street, Sibalom, Antique


Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) to the Cashier at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, Municipal Hall, Sibalom, Antique.

The Municipality of Sibalom assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bid.

The Municipality of Sibalom reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding or not to award the contract under the situations stipulated in the IRR –A Section 41.1,1 b, and c.
