Description
The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to undertake the “Procurement of Military Supplies for the 1st Quarter of FY 2026” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen Pesos (PhP1,996,718.00) through Small Value Procurement, in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. No. 12009, or the New Government Procurement Act.

Please quote your best offer for the items described herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided as part of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit your quotation, duly signed by your authorized representative, not later than January 5, 2026, 9:00 AM, to the PRO 8 BAC Secretariat at the Office of the Regional Logistics and Research and Development Division, Camp Sec Ruperto K Kangleon, Brgy. Campetic, Palo, Leyte.

Furthermore, kindly attach your valid and current Mayor’s/Business Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number to your signed quotation/ proposal.

The Supplier with the Single/Lowest Calculated Quotation shall submit its Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB-prescribed form) and Income/Business Tax Return within a non-extendable period of five (5) calendar days from receipt of the notice from the PRO 8 BAC Secretariat.

The Head of the Procuring Entity (HoPE) of PNP PRO8 reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, declare a failure of procurement, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of the IRR of R.A. No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
