INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The MUNICIPALITY OF RONDA, through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), Invites Suppliers registered with and classified by the DTI to Bid for the
hereunder contract in accordance with RA 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its IRR.
Name of Contract : Purchase of Medical Supplies
Location : Ronda, Cebu
Brief Description : To supply and delivery of medical supplies
the Contract (ABC) : Php 175,644.00
Contract Duration : 15 days
Prospective bidders should possess a valid DTI License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the
ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use the
non-discretionary pass/ fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct
post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids,
Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

1. Receipt from Prospective Bidders of Letters
Of Intent (LOI) including Applications for
Eligibility : January 1, 2026 – January 9, 2026
2. Issuance of Bid Documents : January 1, 2026 – January 9, 2026
3. Receipt & Opening of Bids : January 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM
4.) Bid Evaluation : January 12, 2026
5.) Post Qualification : January 13-14, 2026
6.) Issuance of Notice of Award : January 15, 2026
The BAC will issue Bidding Documents to bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) only to the Municipal
Treasurer.
The Municipality of Ronda assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their
bids.
