INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. Guinabonan, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:


IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM - Ᵽ431,241.80


1. Prospective bidders should possess a valid license applicable for the contract.

2. The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids will use the non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criteria.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (₱500.00)

4. Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Barangay Hall of Guinabonan, Malitbog on or before January 19, 2026 @ 9:00 in the morning. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security either in the following forms; cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank draft irrevocable letter of credit or a bank guarantee.

5. Late bids will not be accepted. The Approved Budget of the Contact under Bidding (ABCB) will only be disclosed after the Opening of Bids. Bids will only be opened in the presence of the bidder or any representative who choose to attend the opening of bids.

6. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Guinabonan, Malitbog, Southern Leyte reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annual the bidding process at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder or bidders.
