A. Theoretical Training on Drone Concepts and
Actual Drone Flight Exercises
Specifications
1. Orientation Lecture
• Introduction to drone technology, aviation laws,
safety protocols, and CAAP requirements.
2. Technical Modules
• Coverage of drone parts, functions, software, and
maintenance.
3. Hands-On Flight Training
• Supervised practice sessions on drone piloting,
navigation, and aerial data capture.
4. Simulation Exercises
• Controlled practice using flight simulators to build
piloting skills in varied conditions.
5. Practical Evaluation
• Actual flights tests and assessments to ensure
participants" competency for certification.
B. Participants
• Fifty-Five (55) participants from DAR Regional
Offices, DAR Central Office Sectors, and
Management Informations Systems Service
(MISS).
C. Training Details
• No. of Training Days: Two (2) Days
• Training Date(s): February 26, 2026 -
February 27, 2026
D. Deliverables
1. Training design and detailed course outline.
2. Training materials (digital and printed copies).
3. Provision of registered drones, safety
gear, and other required equipment.
4. Conduct of hands-on drone flight
exercises and data processing sessions.
5. Submission of training completion report with
attendance, photos, and evaluation summary.
6. Issuance of individual certificates of completion to
fifty-five (55) participants.
7. Issuance of individual certificates in preparation
for CAAP Drone Flying License to (55)
participants.
E. Qualifications
Training Company must have the following:
• Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Controller
Certificate issued by Civil Aviation Authority of the
Philippines (CAAP).
• Experience in professional Drone Flying for five (5)
years.
• Experience in Drone Training for a minimum of
three (3) years.
• Trainer must be certified by three (3) Drone
manufacturing
• Trainer must passed and provide certification from
CAAP.
• At least four (4) trainer indicated in operation
certification.
• Company must provide certificate or registration
from CAAP.
II. Drone Flying Training and Certification
A. Supplies and Materials (Training Kits) set 55
Regional Offices: Thirty-two (32) participants, with
two (2) representatives from each DAR Regional
Office.
DAR Central Office Sectors: Eighteen (18)
participants, with two (2) representatives from each
sector.
MISS: Five (5) participants from the Management
Information
Systems Service.
