INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government of Polanco, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder contract.

Name of Contract/Project : Procurement of Three-Wheeled Vehicle

Location : Municipality of Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte

Approved Budget for the Contract: ₱ 244,000.00

Contract Duration : Thirty (30) Calendar Days

The prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project of at least Two (2) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.

The Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act”. The bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during regular office hours.

(It may also be downloaded from the website of the PhilGEPS and the website of the Procuring Entity provided that the Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later that the submission of their bids).

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by Interested Bidders on the date hereunder set out from the address given below.

The Schedule of BAC activities is as follows:
1. Issuance of Bid Documents - December 4-10, 2025
2. Pre-Bid - December 9, 2025 @ 1:30pm
3. Submission and Receipts of Bids - On or before December 11, 2025 @ 9:00am
4. Opening of Bids - December 11, 2025 @ 2:30pm


Pre-bid Conference shall be open only to interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents. The Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representative who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Local Government Unit of Polanco, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process , and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
