POSTING THE REHABILITATION OF SK HALL AT BARANGAY MATOOGTOOG, MERCEDES, CAMARINES NORTE, 4601 – POSTING. The Brgy. Local Government Unit of Matoogtoog,
Mercedes, Camarines Norte through the following source of fund, amount and items to be bid; to wit

POSTING THE REHABILITATION OF SK HALL AT BARANGAY MATOOGTOOG, MERCEDES, CAMARINES NORTE, 4601 – POSTING.
SK FUND
Ᵽ 20,000.00 with labor
Intends to apply the total amount of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Ᵽ20,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
project THE REHABILITATION OF SK HALL AT BARANGAY MATOOGTOOG, MERCEDES, CAMARINES NORTE, 4601 – POSTING. . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening. Interested bidders can submit their individual proposal on the item they can supply.
The Brgy. Local Government Unit of Matoogtoog, Mercedes, Camarines Norte now invites bids for the POSTING THE REHABILITATION OF SK HALL AT BARANGAY
MATOOGTOOG, MERCEDES, CAMARINES NORTE, 4601 – POSTING. Delivery of Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days and upon receipt of Notice to
Proceed and Purchase Order. The prospected bidders must have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single
Largest Calculated Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the PSA consumer price
indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. However, in the case of Expandable Supplies, said SLCC must be at least twenty five percent (25%)
of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass or fail” criterion as specified in the
Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens’ sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding
capital stock belonging to the citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organization of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar
rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to Republic Act 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Local Government Unit of Mercedes-BAC Secretariat Office and inspect the Bidding Documents
at the address given above during office hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
List of Eligibility and Bidding Documents containing details of the bidding shall be made available and may be inspected from the BAC Secretary, at the
address given above starting NOVEMBER 27, 2025 until 8:00 AM of DECEMBER 5, 2025.
Bidding documents will be issued within the period set above but only to those prospective bidders who complied with the following conditions: (a) Filing
of Letter of Intent; (b) Presentation to the BAC Secretary of the Current, Valid and Original Copy of the Mayor’s Permit and DTI registration, and (c)
Presentation of Official Receipt as proof of payment of bidding Documents Fee in the amount of FIVE HUNDERD PESOS ONLY (Ᵽ 500.00).
Bids must be delivered on or before 8:00 AM of DECEMBER 5, 2025 at the Brgy. Hall of Brgy. Matoogtoog, Mercedes, Camarines Norte. All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security in any acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB.
Bid opening shall be on DECEMBER 5, 2025 8:00 AM at the Brgy. Hall of Brgy. Matoogtoog, Mercedes, Camarines Norte. Bids will be opened in the presence of
the Bidders’ Representative who are properly authorized by their companies to attend at the address mentioned above. Failure on the part of the bidders
to send their representatives will nullify their bids. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Brgy. Local Government Unit of Matoogtoog, Mercedes, Camarines Norte deserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and
to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
