For the Purchase and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Drainage Canal at Barangay
Bato,Bansud,Oriental Mindoro

1. The Barangay Government of Bato-Bids and Award Committee, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, through
the Current budget of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty two
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (182,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Multi-purpose Building. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Bato Bansud-Bids and Award Committee now invites bids for the
Purchase and Delivery of materials for the Construction of Drainage Canal of Barangay Bato Bansud,
Oriental Mindoro. Completion of the delivery is required fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should
have completed within (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar
to the Project equivalent to 50% of the contract to be bid,provided that,contractors without similar
contract,provision under Section 23.4.2.4 of the Revised IRR will apply.The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,particularly, in Section II,Instruction to Bidder.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive public bidding procedures using non-
discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) if
Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Bato, Bansud and inspect the
Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on November 25 to December 9,2025 from the address/website below below and upon payment of applicable fee for the Bidding
Documents,pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty
pesos. .
The procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees will
be presented in person.

6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through the manual submission at the office
address as indicated below on or before 10:00 am of December 9, 2025 at Bids and Award Committee
Office Barangay Hall, Bato Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Late bids shall not be accepted.

Cash or cashier’s/manager’s check issued by a Universal or
Commercial Bank.
Two Percent (2%) Bank Draft/8 arantee or irrevocable letter of credit issued by a
Universal Bank or Commercial Bank: Provided, however, that
it shall be confirmed or authenticated by a Universal Bank or
Commercial Bank, if issued by a foreign bank.
Surety bond callable upon demand issued by a surety or
insurance company duly certified by the Insurance
Commission as authorized to issue such security.

Five Percent (5%)

Any combination of the foregoing. Proportion to share of form with respect to total amount of

security

7. Bid opening shall be on 2:00 Pm of December, 2025 at Bids & Award Committee Barangay Hall, Bato,
Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who
choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

8. The Barangay Bato, Bansud reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding
process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any
liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
