Supply & Delivery of Materials for Installation and Maintenance of Hazard/Early Warning Signages

1. The LGU-Catarman through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested bidders/suppliers
to submit their quotation/s for the:

Supply & Delivery of Materials for Installation and Maintenance of Hazard/Early Warning Signages

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Php. 367,133.00
2. Prospective Bidders/Suppliers should meet the minimum legal, financial and technical eligibility
requirements as required by the BAC.

3. Any interested prospective Bidders/Suppliers must submit their PROPOSAL not later than
November 24, 2025 at 10:00 A.m. at the Office of the Mayor Conference Hall 1 together with the
legal documents:
❖ Business Permits/Mayor’s Permit
❖ Philgeps Registration Number/Certificate
❖ DTI
❖ BIR
❖ Omnibus Sworn Statement
4. General Conditions:

❖ Delivery Period is Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days from NOA/PO
5. The Opening of Proposal shall be on November 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Office of the Mayor
Conference Hall 1.

6. THE LGU-Catarman through its Bids and Award Committee reserves the right to accept or reject
any bid, to annul the bidding process, to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award should it
be found not advantageous to LGU and to award to the bidder with the most advantageous offer.

7. Bidders/Suppliers who will found eligible and submitted the most advantageous proposal will be
recommended to the Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) for the award of contract.

8. Attached are the Request for Quotation (RFQ)Form.
