Approved Budget: Php 333, 649.20
Particulars: Supply and delivery of construction materials for the Rehabilitation of Health Center (Purok Trece), Barangay Tiniguiban, PPCity

The Barangay Tiniguiban , through its 20% Development fund for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-NINE AND 20/100 (Php 333, 649.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for: Supply and delivery of construction materials for the Rehabilitation of 2Storey Barangay Health Center (Purok Trece), Barangay Tiniguiban, PPCity. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Barangay Tiniguiban now invites eligible suppliers to participate, Delivery period is within FIFTY (50) days upon received of Notice to Proceed.

Bidders shall have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidders is contained in the Bidding Documents.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Procurement Reform Act".

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnership, or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) interest of outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines and to citizens of organization of a country of the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights and privileges to Filipino Citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 subject to commonwealth Act 138.

The Invitation to Bid and Checklist of requirement may be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS). The complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by the interested Bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Php500.00.

The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidders of his duly authorized representative upon the presentation of proper identifications.

Bidders must pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding documents on or before the date of eligibility requirement, to have a legal personality to raise or submit written queries or clarification in the conference and will prepare the documents for the bidders.

Any queries relative to the contents of the Bid Documents and the project requirements can only be made by the suppliers who purchased the Bid documents not later than Five (5) Calendar days prior to the scheduled submission and opening of Bids.

The Barangay Tiniguiban reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annual the bidding process, and to reject all bids any time to prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
