INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREETLIGHTS PALOC, MARAGUSAN, DAVAO DE ORO
1.The Barangay PALOC for CONSTRUCTION OF INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREETLIGHTS PALOC, , MARAGUSAN / ITB PAL-2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Paloc , Maragusan, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (15) days. Bidders should have completed, within (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

3.The summary of the bidding activities is as follows:

Advertising/ Posting of Invitation to Bid October 15 ,2025
Pre - Bid Conference October 21 , 2025
Issuance and Availability of Bid Documents October 16, 2025 (8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM) TO AUGUST 15, 2025 (8:00 AM TO 10:00 AM)
Deadline for Submission OCTOBER 15, 2025 (11:00 AM)
Opening of Bids NOVEMBER 10, 2025(1:00 PM)
4.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the ‘’ Government Procurement Reform Act’’

5.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.

6.Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Babag and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on OCTOBER 15, 2025 (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) to NOVEMEBR 10, 2025 (8:00AM - 11:00AM) from the given address and below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (60,000.00). It may also be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that the bidders shall pay the nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later the Submission of their bids.

7.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before OctoberT 15, 2025 of, Cash or Cashier’s/ Manager’s check equivalent to 2% of ABC, or Bid Securing Declaration.

Bid opening shall be on November 10, 2025; 1:00PM at Function Hall, Paloc, Maragusan, Davao de Oro. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.

8.The Barangay Paloc reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring and liability to affected bidder or bidders.
