The Procuring Entity through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible supplier to apply for eligibility and to bid for the herein project:

PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF MINI-DUMP TRUCK

Location: BLGU Maranding, Purok Acacia, Barangay Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte

The Brgy. Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte, through the 20% Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred pesos (Php 1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit of Mini-Dump Truck for Barangay Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte.

ACTIVITY SCHEDULE:
Advertisement / Posting of Inivtation to Bid: October 18, 2025
Issuance and Avialability of Bid Documents: October 24, 2025
Pre-Bid Conference; October 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM
Deadline of Submission of Bids: November 6, 2025 at 1:00 PM

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Maranding and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during work days. A complete set Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 24 to November 6, 2025 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Five Thousand pesos (Php 5,000.00).

Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before November 6, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Late bids shall not be accepted.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.

Bid opening shall be on November 7, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Barangay Session Hall of Barangay Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.

Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
