The Municipal Government of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through the BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF WATER SUPPLY
LINE/SYSTEM TO NEW PUBLIC MARKET AND TERMINAL AT BRGY. HUBANG SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR. The funding source is through the authorized appropriations
under FY 2025 BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT APPROVED BY THE SANGGUNIAN – Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) General Fund / 2024 CONTINUING / MEO with Contract
No. 2025-09-1507 as Description of items below. Excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on/at Bid Opening.

1. BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) now invites bidder/s for the INSTALLATION OF WATER SUPPLY LINE/SYSTEM TO NEW PUBLIC MARKET AND TERMINAL AT BRGY. HUBANG
SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR. Delivery of the Goods is required within from the signing of the Purchase Order. Bidder/s should have completed a contract
similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II of Instruction to Bidders
(ITB).
2. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016
Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
3. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN FRANCISCO, through the BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) intends to conduct the PRE-BID CONFERENCE to all interested
Bidders on October 21, 2025 at exactly 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at FARMERS CONFERENCE ROOM, MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE, BARANGAY 3, SAN FRANCISCO,
AGUSAN DEL SUR.
4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the address given below during Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. A complete set of bidding
documents can be purchased by interested Bidders on October 21, 2025 to and on October 30, 2025 until 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon and upon payment of
applicable and non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 5,000.00).
5. Bids must be delivered and duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the BAC Secretariat Office. BID OPENING
will be on October 30, 2025 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at FARMERS CONFERENCE ROOM, MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE, this MUNICIPALITY. All bids must
be accompanied with a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS and will be opened in the presence of
the Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address reflected below. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
6. The BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time
prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or
bidders.
