The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST) intends to procure the Laboratory Enhancement of BS Aquaculture Program through Small Value Procurement, in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009. All interested suppliers/bidders are hereby invited to submit their lowest government price.

Please submit your Quotation Form manually, properly sealed, marked and duly signed, including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A). You are also required to sign or affix your initials on each page, together with the documentary requirements, on or before the deadline for the submission of Quotations at the ZSCMST BAC Office, Ground Floor Supply Building, Fort Pilar, Zamboanga City.

Documentary Requirements (per Lot)
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number
b. Mayor’s/Business Permit
c. Original Notarized Omnibus Sworn and if applicable (For ABCs above Php50,000.00)
d. Income Tax Return and if applicable (For ABCs above Php500,000.00)

Please note that late submission of quotation will not be accepted and incomplete submission of the required documents is a ground for disqualification.

The Head of the Procuring Entity (HoPE) of the ZSCMST reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, declare a failure of procurement, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of the IRR of RA No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
