Invitation to bid for the Rehabilitation of Multipurpose Hall to Construction/Extension of Barangay Multipurpose Hall/Women & Children desk of Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur

The Local Government Unit of Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur, through Resolution No. 85 series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy thousand Pesos (P 270,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply, Delivery of Construction Materials and Labor for the Rehabilitation of Multipurpose Hall to Construction/Extension of Barangay Multipurpose Hall/Women & Children desk of Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur with Contract Reference DBM-2025-INFRA001. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur, now invites bids Supply, Delivery of Construction Materials and Labor for the Rehabilitation of Multipurpose Hall to Construction/Extension of Barangay Multipurpose Hall/Women & Children Desk of Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur with contract reference DBM-2025-INFRA001. Delivery of Supplies and materials is required 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidders is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 12009 or the New Government procurement Act.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorship, or organizations with at least sixty (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens pursuant to RA 5183.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Binobong and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Session Hall, Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

At a complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on September 27, 2025 to October 13, 2025 from the Session Hall, Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur and upon payment of the nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) only.

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), if Bidders shall pay applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their Bids.

Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the Session Hall, Binobong, Pili, Camarines Sur on or before October 13, 2025 at 8:00 AM. All Bidders must be accompanied by a bid, either in a form of cash/ cashier"s/ managers checked issued by a universal or commercial bank (2% of ABC) or, Bid Securing Declaration (BSD)

Bid Opening shall be on October 13 , 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Session Hall, Binobong Pili, Camarines Sur. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Barangay Binobong reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with RA 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act. , without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders,
