Description
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TIMBER BRIDGE (Prk. 9 Siawang) SAN MIGUEL, SURIGAO DEL SUR.

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Miguel through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY NINE & 23/100. (P230,769.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) ). Funds came from the Continuing budget F.Y. 2025 to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Timber Bridge (Prk. 9 Siawang), San Miguel, Surigao del Sur . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Miguel now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Timber Bridge (Prk. 9 Siawang) San Miguel, Surigao del Sur.

Completion of works is required within 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have an experience of having at least One (1) contract that is similar to the Project/Goods and Services Equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in Section 11, Instruction of Bidders

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorship, partnership or organization with at least Seventy Five Percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belong to citizens of the Philippines.

4. Interest bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat , BLGU-Poblacion, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 23, 2025 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning the venue will be held at Barangay Office, Poblacion, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid Opening shall be on September 23, 2025 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning, the venue will be held at Barangay Office,Poblacion, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur.

Bid will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s Representative who chooses to attend at the address below, late bids shall not be accepted.


7. The Municipality of San Miguel reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
