Description
|
1.The Barangay Government of Villa through the BARANGAY FUND of the Barangay intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (150,
000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL PHASE 2. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Villa now invites for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL PHASE 2
Brief Description:
A. LINED CANAL
I. EARTHWORKS 37.26 CU.M
II. CONCRETE WORKS 7.40 CU.M.
III. MASONRY WORKS 48.00 SQM.
IV. PLASTERING WORKS 96.00 SQM.
V. FORMWORKS 7.40 SQM
3. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission, and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
5. The bidding is open to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital
stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat of Barangay Villa and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given
below between 9:00AM to 4:00PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on August 16, 2025-August 25,2025 from the
address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of
Five Hundred Pesos (500.00)
7. The Schedule of Bidding Activities shall be as follows:
a. Sale and issuance of bid documents - 9:00AM to 5:00PM only, Mondays to Fridays, starting August 16, 2025-August 25, 2025at the BAC Secretariat.
b. Submission of Bid Documents – August 25, 2025 9:15AM at Villa Barangay Hall
c. Opening of Bids – August 25, 2025 at 9:15AM at Villa, Barangay Hall
8. The Barangay Government of Villa, Santa Teresita, Cagayan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid proposal, to annul the bidding process, and to
reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders as provided in Section 41 of
RA 9184.
