INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF IT EQUIPMENTS FOR BUSINESS ONE STOP (BOSS)
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-BAC Polangui, Albay through TRUST FUND ACCOUNT -LGSF – INCENTIVE FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 1,153,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF IT EQUIPMENTS FOR
BUSSINESS ONE STOP SHOP (BOSS)
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-BAC Polangui, Albay now invites bids for the PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF IT EQUIPMENTS FOR BUSINESS ONE STOP (BOSS)
(042-2025). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the
Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
5. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU-Polangui BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents during office hours.
7. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address cited above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the
Bidding Documents one day before the submission of bids in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos only (Php 5,000.00).
• Submission of Photo copy of Legal & Technical documents together with the original copy for verification and photocopy of Valid ID of the
contractor with 3 Specimen Signature and his/her authorized representative.
• Submission of Letter of Contractor (Single Proprietor/Corporation) authorizing his/her authorized representative to submit documents duly notarized
within the timeframe per project.
• Presentation of Certified True Copy of Updated Tax Clearance.
• Copy of Instruction to Bidders, Bid Form, Bill of Quantities.
8. Bids must be delivered to the address cited above on or before 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon of September 4, 2025. All Bids must be accompanied by a
bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
9. Bidding documents must submit in 2 separate sealed envelopes containing Technical and Financial Component in 4 copies labeled as Original, Copy1, Copy2
and Copy 3
