Bidding will be through Small Value Procurement Mode under the IRR of RA 9184, Sec. 53.9. Prospective bidders shall submit their sealed bid starting August
11, 2025, during office days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at PCA–CTEDC, Prime Regional Government Center, Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City. The closing date of
submission of the offer will be on August 14, 2025, at 08:30 AM. Opening of Bids will be on August 14, 2025 at 12:00 NN at PCA–CTEDC, Prime Regional
Government Center, Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.
The PCA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bids.
PCA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, declare a failure of bidding, or not to award the Contract, and makes no assurance that the
Contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation without thereby incurring any liability in accordance with RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules
and Regulations.
