The Barangay Salvacion, Malilipot, Albay through the Bids and Awards Committee BAC invites suppliers to bid
the hereunder:

Name of the Contract: Construction of Water System
Location: Barangay Salvacion, Malilipot, Albay
Approved Budget for the Contract: 574,331.51

Please quote your lowest price for the item listed below:

1 Lot Supply and Delivery of Labor, Materials for the Construction of Solar Street Lights
Item I - Structure Excavation
Item II - Pipe Trench Excavation
Item III - Reinforced Concrete Works
Item IV - Pipe Laying
Item V - Fill and Backfill
Item VI - Hauling of Materials
Item VII - Project Signage

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar contract within the last two (2) years with an amount at least 50% of the proposed contract for bidding. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as Preliminary of Examination of bids. The BAC of Barangay Salvacion, Malilipot, Albay will conduct Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bids.

All Particular relative to the eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance bid, pre-bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award contract shall governed by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

The BAC of Barangay Salvacion, Malilipot, Albay will issue to the prospective bidders bid forms upon their submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) and upon their payment of non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos, (500.00) to the Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Salvacion, Malilipot, Albay

The Barangay Salvacion, Malilipot, Albay reserves the right to reject any all bids, waive minor defect therein and accept the offer of most advantageous to the government.

The Barangay Salvacion, Malilipot, Albay, assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate of indemnify the bidders expenses in the preparation of the bid.
