INVITATION FOR PRICE QUOTATION

For The

Purchase of ACU Floor Standing for Pre-Departure
Area use at Masbate Airport (2nd SVP)

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) intends to apply the estimated amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 300,000.00) for the Purchase of ACU Floor Standing for Pre-Departure Area use at Masbate Airport (2nd SVP) project.

The CAAP now requests you to submit price quotation on the item listed below, subject to the Specification and Terms and Conditions provided hereunder.

1. All entries must be printed.
2. Number of days to complete: Twenty (20) working days.
3. Bid must be complete and award will be made on a lump sum basis.
4. Price validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
5. The following should be submitted together with the quotation:

5.1 Phil-GEPS Registration Number

5.2 Tax Clearance; and

5.3 Current Mayor’s/Business Permit.

Quotations not accompanied by valid Phil-GEPS Registration Number, Tax Clearance and Current Mayor’s/Business Permit shall be automatically disqualified.

Prices must be quoted in Philippine Peso and must include the unit price and total price, inclusive of all taxes to be paid and other incidental cost to the delivery site if the contract is awarded.

Quotations must be delivered to the address below not later than 26 June 2025 at 09:00 a.m. at the VIP Lounge Pre-Departure Area of New Terminal Bldg. Masbate Airport, Masbate City.

Quotations will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late quotations shall not be accepted.

All quotations together with the required documents should be placed in a sealed envelope marked Purchase of ACU Floor Standing for Pre-Departure Area use at Masbate Airport at Masbate Airport (2nd SVP).
