INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Barangay Greenhills, City of San Juan, Metro Manila through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to apply for an Eligibility and if found eligible to bid, for the:

ROAD STREETS AS FOLLOWS:
1. ANNAPOLIS STREET (Edsa to Eisenhower)
2. MISSOURI STREET (Annapolis to Connecticut)
3. CLUB FILIPINO (Ortigas to Eisenhower)
4. EISENHOWER (Annapolis to 3rd West Crame)
5. WILSON

The BAC will use NON-DISCRETIONARY PASS/FAIL CRITERIA in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examinations of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bid Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Schedule of BAC Activities as follows:

1. Publication/Posting of invitation to Bid JULY 9-18, 2025
2. Issuance of Bid Documents JULY 17, 2025
3. Pre-Bid Conference JUNE 16, 2025 3PM
4. Receipts of Bids JUNE17-21,2025 not later than 1PM
5. Opening of Bids JULY 21, 2025

Prospective Bidders can secure the Bidding Documents and submit the Letter of Intent to The BAC Secretariat, G1 BARANGAY MULTIPURPOSE HALL, 165 Santolan Street, Greenhills, San Juan City during the period indicated above. The Opening of Bids and Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the same address. Only those Bidders who purchased the bidding documents will be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.

The BAC will issue the Bidding Documents [Envelope No. 1 (Eligibility and Technical and Envelope No. 2 (Financial)) upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php20,000.00 for Project to the Barangay Greenhills Treasurer’s Office.

The Barangay Greenhills, City of San Juan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of its bids.

The Barangay Greenhills, City of San Juan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the Bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s).
