Construction of Covered Court at Purok-5A, Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon

1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with the classified by the Philippines Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) as category “B” and small “B” or higher for similar contract to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract.

Sumilao, Bukidnon

Location : Purok-5A, Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon

Brief Description : Construction of Five (5) bays Covered Court with
Dimension of 20x30.00m, and with total area of
600.00 square meters.

Approval Budget for the Contract: Php 2,764,118.06

Contract Duration: : 80 Calendar Days

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as specified
In the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184
(R.A. 9184) otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Subject to
Expection stated in this bidding documents, only bids from bidders who pass an
Eligibility check will opened. The bidder with the lowest calculated bid (LCB)
Shall advance to the post-qualification stage in order to finally determine its responsiveness to the technical and financial requirements of the project. The contract shall then be awarded to the lowest calculated and responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post qualification. The approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for this project is Php 2,764,118.06, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automically rejected during bid opening.

2. The documents required in the eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instruction to Bidder.

3. The Complete schedule of activities is listed, as follows,

a) Pre-Procurement Meeting : July 8, 2025
b) Issuance of Bid Documents : July 9-31, 2025
c) Pre-Bid Conference: July 17, 2025 @ 10:00am BAC Procurement Office, Municipal Compound, Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon
d) Receipts of Bids: July 31, 2025 @ 9:30am (Municipal Bundy Clock) BAC Procurement Office Municipal Compound, Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon
e) Opening of Bids: July 31, 2025 @10:00am (Municipal Bundy Clock) BAC Procurement Office Municipal Compound, Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon
f) Bid Evaluation: August 1, 2025
g) Post-Qualification: August 4, 2025
h) Notice of Award: August 6, 2025

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from LGU of Sumilao and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm working days.
5. A Complete set of Bidding documents, plans and specifications may be purchased by interested bidders for the BAC secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php5,000.00. the bidding documents shall receive personally by the bidder or his authorized representative on or before July 31, 2025 at 5:00pm.
6. Eligible Bidders must submit their bids at the address below of or before 9:30am of July 31, 2025. All bids must accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of cash. Manager’s or cashier’s check, n=bank guarantee and surety bond in the amount specified in the Bidding documents. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening shall be on July 31, 2025 at 10:00am.
7. Bidder must have their owned heavy equipment and safety officer of the project to bid to qualify for the bid evaluation and post qualification.
8. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao reserves the right to accept any bid to annul the biddings process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring ang liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
