INVITATION TO BID

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Javier, Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible contractors to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project: IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE HALL.
Item No. I – Project Billboard/Signboard – 1.00 each
Item No. II – Occupational Safety & Health – 1.00 lot
Item No. III – Clearing/Excavation Works – 10.28 cu.m.
Item No. IV – Concrete Works (Flooring, Wall Footing & Posts) – 33.17 cu.m.
Item No. V – Masonry Works – 67.32 sq.m.
Location of Project: Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Javier, Leyte
ABC : Php 613,500.00
Source of Fund: BDF
Coverage Period: 60 calendar days

Prospective eligible bidders must have completed within the last five (5) years any similar contracts equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Schedules of activities are listed, as follows:

1. Availability of Bid Documents – July 8-15, 2025
2. Deadline of submission of Bid Proposal and Eligibility Requirements is on July 15, 2025 not later than 9AM at the Barangay Hall of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Javier, Leyte
3. Opening of Proposal and Eligibility Requirements is on July 15, 2025 at 9AM, Barangay Hall of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Javier, Leyte

A complete set of Bidding Documents and other detailed information may be acquired from the BAC Secretariat, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Javier, Leyte. All prospective Bidders shall be charged a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,000.00).

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Javier, Leyte reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject any and all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
