The Department of Public Works and Highways- Laguna 2nd District Engineering Office, Los Baños, Laguna, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors/supplier to submit bids for the following Contracts:

c. Contract Location: Brgy. Bambang, Los Baños, Laguna
d. Brief Description: Furnishing and Delivery of Road Signage
e. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 4,993,022.00
f. Source of Funds: EAO 2025
g. Contract Duration: 15 C.D.

4. Eligibility Screening/ Opening of Bids July 23, 2025, will be immediately opened after the deadline of submission of bids BAC, DPWH Laguna 2ND DEO, Brgy. Bambang, Los Baños, Laguna
5. Bid Evaluation/ Post-qualification July 24 - 28, 2025 BAC, DPWH Laguna 2ND DEO, Brgy. Bambang, Los Baños, Laguna

Bidders shall pay the BAC a fee of the above-mentioned amount for the Bidding Documents, upon securing hard copies of the Documents. Bidding Documents Fee may be refunded in accordance with the Guidelines based on the grounds provided for under Section 41 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184. Bidders that downloaded the Documents from the DPWH/PhilGEPS website shall pay the fee upon submission of their bids.

The Department of Public Works and Highways Laguna 2nd District Engineering Office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process any time before the Contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidders, in accordance with the provisions of Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR. If at the time of the post-qualification procedure, the BAC verifies that any of the deficiencies is due to the contractor’s fault or negligence pursuant to 34.3(b)(ii)c of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 (2016 RIRR of RA 9184), the Procuring Entity shall disqualify the contractor from the award without any right to reimburse fees and incidental cost paid for the procurement of infrastructure contract subject of the Bid.
