Description
1. The Barangay Turo, through the annual Appropriation 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (800,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the agreement for the RELOCATION OF COMMAND CENTER & CAMERA FROM OLD BRGY HALL TO NEW BRGY HALL, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, ADDITIONAL & UPGRADE OF ALL CAMERA & NVR FOR HIGHWAY (MAIN ROAD), ADDITIONAL CAMERA IN VARIOUS LOCATION WITHIN BRGY. AREA AND REPAIR / REPLACE OF DEFECTIVE CAMERAS with project/contract number 2025-01. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically reject at the bid opening.

2. The Barangay Turo now invites bids for the RELOCATION OF COMMAND CENTER & CAMERA FROM OLD BRGY HALL TO NEW BRGY HALL, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, ADDITIONAL & UPGRADE OF ALL CAMERA & NVR FOR HIGHWAY (MAIN ROAD), ADDITIONAL CAMERA IN VARIOUS LOCATION WITHIN BRGY. AREA AND REPAIR / REPLACE OF DEFECTIVE CAMERAS. The completion of project is within 15 days upon notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the submission date and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II - instruction to bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fall" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "The Government Procurement Reform Act".

(i) bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens / Sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws and regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino Citizens according to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Turo and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below and upon payment is non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents of the amount of Php500.

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine Government Electric Procurement System (Philgeps) and the website of the procuring Entity provided that Bidders shall pay non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

5. Bids must be submitted to the address below on or before July 06, 2025 at the BAC Secretariat, Barangay Turo, Bocaue, Bulacan. All Bids must be accomplished by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount of stated in ITB.

6. The Procuring entity prefers bidders within the Province of Bulacan.

7. The Barangay Turo reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and reject all bids at any time before contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
