Photography Services of LNHS Students" IDs for Grade 7, Transferees and Grade 11 Students/Learners

Procurement will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Shopping - Ordinary/Regular Office Supplies &Equipment (Sec. 52.1.b) of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.

Supplier/Agency shall submit quotations on or before July 1, 2025, 9:00 AM to the BAC Secretariat, at BAC Office/Office of the Assistant School Principal, Ligao National High School - C-Type Bldg., Guilid, Ligao City
QUOTATIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH ELECTRONIC MAIL OR HARD COPY SHALL INCLUDE PROOF OF TRANSMITTAL OFTHE ORIGINAL SIGNED COPY, INCLUDING THE MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TO THE BAC SECRETARIAT WITHIN THE SAME CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME.

Ligao National High School reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the Ligao National High School, for and on behalf of the project. Ligao National High School assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be
made.
