WITH TRAINING HALL, FOOD & BEVERAGE, ROOM ACCOMMODATION, TRAINING KIT & FREE FLOWING COFFEE

B. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
1. STATEMENT OF ALL ITS ON-GOING GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE CONTRACTS, INCLUDING CONTRACTS AWARDED BUT NOT YET STARTED, IF ANY, WETHER SIMILAR OR NOT SIMILAR
IN NATURE AND COMPLEXITY TO THE CONTRACT TO BE BID.
2. STATEMENT OF SINGLE LARGEST COMPLETED CONTRACTS (SLCC) SIMILAR IN NATURE TO THE CONTRACT TO BE BID.

PLEASE SUBMIT THREE (3) COPIES OF BID DOCUMENTS, ONE(1) ORIGINAL COPY AND TWO(2) PHOTOCOPIES. BID DOCUMENTS MUST BE PLACED IN THREE (3) SEPARATE ENVELOPES,
LABELLED RESPECTIVELY, LEGAL DOCS, TECHNICAL DOCS AND FINANCIAL DOCS.
TECHICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS ARE GIVEN DURING THE PRE-BIDDING CONFERENCE. BID DOCUMENTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE DURING THE PRE-BID

UPON THE GUIDELINES SET BY THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) DURING THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE, THE POSSIBILITY OF DISQUALIFICATION FOR NON-ATTENDANCE OF
PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS IMPOSED AND CARRIED OUT UNLESS OTHERWISE OVER RULED.
