INVITATION TO BID
The Local Government Unit of Valderrama, Antique through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the
hereunder project:
Name of Project: REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF MANLACBO – LUBLUB FMR AT BRGY. LUBLUB, VALDERRAMA, ANTIQUE
Location: Brgy. Lublub, Valderrama, Antique
Brief Description: Rehabilitation/Improvement of 247.00 ln.m. PCCP (152.00 ln.m. x 5.00 wide segment 1. 95.00 ln.m. x 5.00 m wide Segment 2) with Concrete
Lined Canal and Grouted Riprap Slope Protection at Manlacbo – Lublub FMR.
Approved Budget for the Contract: ₱3,000,000.00 (Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.)
Funding Source: 20% DF in the AIP for CY 2025
Delivery Period: Fifty-five (55) calendar days
Prospective Bidders must have experience having completed one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current
prices using the NSO consumer price indices with a value at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and have key personnel and equipment
available for the implementation of the contract. They must at least own the following: One (1) Motorized Road Grader; One (1) Payloader; One (1) Vibratory
Roller; One (1) Water Truck; One (1) Bagger Concrete Mixer; One (1) Concrete Cutter; One (1) Concrete Vibrator; and One (1) Dump Truck available for the
implementation of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to
Bidders.

200 Aggregate Subbase Course – 271.70 cu.m.
311 Portland Cement Concrete Pavement – 1,235.00 sq.m.
500 Concrete Lined Canal – 17.50 cu.m.
505 Grouted Riprap – 75.56 cu.m.
SPL1 Delivery Hauling Cost – 1.00 lump sum
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Revised
Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest of outstanding capital
stock belonging to the citizens of the Philippines. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as
such during post-qualification.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC of the Municipal Government of Valderrama, Province of Antique and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the address given below during office hours.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the
Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00). Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to
attend at the address given below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

1. Issuance of Bidding Documents: May 15 – 22, 2025, at the BAC Office, Valderrama Municipal Hall from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Antique
3. Deadline for Submission and Receipt of Bidding Documents: Bids may be submitted on or before June 4, 2025 – 9:00 AM at the BAC Office, Valderrama

4. Opening of Bids: June 4, 2025 – 9:30 AM at the Conference Room, Office of the Municipal Mayor, Valderrama Municipal Hall, Valderrama, Antique.
The Municipal Government of Valderrama, Antique reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process, and reject all bids at any time
prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
