Description
|
1. The DOH – Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the Income Fund (05) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos
Only (₱1,140,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY and DELIVERY OF Thirty (30) Units of Hospital Beds / SSGHPB-2025-01-003-HB.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The summary of the bidding activities is as follows:
* Advertisement/Posting of Invitation to Bid - February 17, 2025
* Issuance and availability of Bid Documents - February 17, 2025
* Pre-bid conference - February 25, 2025, 2:00 P.M.
* Deadline of Submission of Request for Clarification - March 1, 2025
* Last Day of Issuance of Bid Bulletin - March 3, 2025
* Deadline for Submission of Bids - March 10, 2025, 1:30 P.M.
3. The DOH – Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60)
calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to
Bidders).
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016
revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding
capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights
or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
5. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from SSGH BAC Secretariat through email at sulsanprocurement@gmail.com and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on February 17, 2025 from the given address and website(s) below for a
non-refundable bidding documents fee amounting to ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP. 1,000.00).
Bidding Documents fee payment shall be made through deposit or on-line transfer of funds to:

SSGH Cashier’s Office shall issue the corresponding Official Receipt which can be claimed at the BAC Secretariat’s office every Monday to Friday from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm only. Bidders may contact the Cashier’s Office through their email address, sulsancashier@gmail.com for information and instruction.
Bidders are required to include two copies of Deposit/ Transfer Slip with bank validation or any other equivalent proof of payment in the documents for
submission during opening day in lieu of the OR.
7. The DOH – SULU SANITARIUM AND GENERAL HOSPITAL will hold an in person or face-to-face Pre-Bid Conference on February 25, 02:00 P.M. at Sulu Sanitarium
and General Hospital, Mother and Child Building, Multi-purpose Hall, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
8. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before March 10, 2025 1:30 P.M.
Late bids shall not be accepted.
9. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14.
10. Bid opening shall be on March 10, 2025, 2:00 P.M. at Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital, Mother and Child Building, Multi-purpose Hall. Bids will be
opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
11. The DOH – Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract
at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability
to the affected bidder or bidders.
12. Bidders shall read the bidding documents carefully and strictly comply with the requirements indicated in the bidding documents. Failure to comply may
lead to disqualification of the bid.
13. Bidders are encouraged to properly use tabs and identify the documents submitted for ease of reference in the opening of the bids.
