Description
The Department of Education, Division of Bukidnon Intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 480,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for the works described below in the Division of Bukidnon, Sumpong, Malaybalay City as follows:

The Department of Education, Division of Bukidnon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above-mentioned works. Bids received that exceed the total ABC shall be rejected at bid opening. Bidder may bid for one/all lots. Late bids shall be rejected. Evaluation and award shall be made on a per lot contract basis. Prospective bidder/s must have completed a similar contract within the last two (2) years from date of submission and receipt of bids with an amount at least 50% of the ABC to be bid.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens / sole proprietorship, organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to

citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138. Open competitive bidding will be conducted using the non-discretionary pass/fail criterion, evaluation and post-qualification procedures specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184. The Bidding Documents may be inspected or purchased at the address previously indicated herein upon accomplishing a bidder’s information sheet and payment in cash of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) Philippine Pesos by interested bidders. It may also be downloaded, free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents upon submission of the said documents.

DepED Bukidnon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to annul the bidding process, or declare failure of bidding at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected parties.
