with amenities for team building like obstacle course, sack race, tug of war,
with provision for ecotour for "blue therapy"
with use of hall during some of the activities to accommodate all 19 pax.

Other Information
|
1. The Municipality of Sablan, Benguet through the Municipal Health Office, intends to apply the sum of ₱129,200.00 being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Venue Accommodation with full board meal and function hall with identification number/solicitation
no. 1-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sablan, Benguet now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the delivery is required within the specified
date. Bidders should have completed a contract within five (5) years prior to the submission and receipt of bids similar to the Project and whose value
must be at least fifty (50) percent of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised
Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
a. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty (60) percent interest or outstanding
capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights
or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Sablan, Benguet through the Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the address given below starting from January 25-February 3, 2025, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on January 25-February 3, 2025, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working days at the BAC
Office, Ground floor, Mun. Coffee Processing Facility, Poblacion, Sablan, Benguet and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents,
pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php500.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to
present its proof of payment for the fees in person.
6. The Municipality of Sablan, Benguet will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference for this project.
7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the BAC Office on or before 1:00 PM on February 3, 2025. Late bids shall
not be accepted.
8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14.
9. Bid opening shall be on February 3, 2025, 1:30 PM at the Pangshan Hall, 2/F Multi-purpose Building III, Poblacion, Sablan, Benguet. Bids will be opened
in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.

Representative in the acquisition of bidding documents and submission of bid envelope, eligibility and other documents shall always present a written
authority or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the licensee/proprietor.
