INVITATION TO BID

1.The Barangay Coldit through the 2024 Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 545,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the INSTALLATION OF 16 CCTV CAMERAS OF THE BARANGAY ROAD of Barangay Coldit, Asingan, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Coldit through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND INCIDENTAL for the Installation of 16 CCTV Cameras of Barangay Road, Barangay Coldit, Asingan, Pangasinan under Advertisement No. 2024-001. Completion of the works is required for the period of Ten (10) calender days.

Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC adjusted, if necessary by the Bidder to current prices using the PSA´s CPI, except under conditions provided for in Section 23.4.2.4 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA. No. 9184. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.

3.Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).

4.Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours.

5.A complete set of Bidding Documents is available and may be acquired by interested Bidders on November 20, 2024 until November 22, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable payment for the Bidding Documents pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P 5,000.00).

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. The procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees either through a representative, by facsimile or through electronic means.

6.The Barangay Coldit through its Bids and Awards Committee will hold a Pre-Bid conference on November 21, 2024 at 5:00 P.M., BAC Conference Room, Coldit Barangay Hall, which shall be open to all interested parties.

7.The Barangay Coldit reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
