Description
NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2024 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Pesos
(Php146,580.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and
Delivery of Various Janitorial Supplies for Surface Facilities of Mine 3 Coal Project
(“Project”). The items shall be delivered to PNOC EC Mine 3 Coal Project Site, Brgy. Little Baguio,
Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed
and Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Technical Specifications for complete details.

Proposals including conformed Technical Specifications may be emailed to jccamino@pnocec.
com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before October 7, 2024, not later than 5:00
p.m. Late submission shall not be accepted.

Bidders are also required to submit photocopy of the following documents during the bid
submission date.
• Current and Valid Mayor’s Permit
• PhilGEPS Registration Number (Red membership)
• Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form), accompanied by the duly
notarized Special Power of Attorney, Board/Partnership Resolution, or Secretary’s
Certificate, whichever is applicable; and
• Other appropriate licenses and permits as required by law or as stated in the Technical
Specifications

PNOC EC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to
reject any and all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected
bidder or bidders. PNOC EC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or
indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.

This notice is also posted in our website at www.pnoc-ec.com.ph and in the PhilGEPS website
at www.philgeps.gov.ph.
