The Sangguniang Barangay of Kalumpang, through its Committee on Bids & Awards, hereby invites all interested parties to submit sealed bids for the hereunder project:

Name of Project: Repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation of existing CCTV system
Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 2,713,680.70
Delivery of Goods: 15 days

Brief Description:

1 Unit 50” LED Monitor
1 Unit NVR 16 Channel with 4TB HDD
24 Units IP Camera; 4MP
3 Rolls 8-Core Fiber Cable
25 Rolls Cat 6 Cable
26 Units POE Switch
16 Rolls TF Wire
1,000 Pieces LAN Crystals
8 Units SFP Module
32 Pieces Junction Box
1 Lot Labor

Prospective Bidders should experience undertaking a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the ABC Approved Budget for the Contract available for the prosecution of the contract. The ABC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of the Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Complete sets of Eligibility Requirements and bid Documents may be obtained at the (BAC Secretariat), Kalumpang Barangay Hall. Duly accomplished Eligibility Forms shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the BAC Chairman, c/o BAC Secretariat.

The schedule of Bidding activities is as follows:

ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE

1. Receipt from prospective bidders of letters of intent (LOI) from October 29, 2024 (Tuesday) to November 07, 2024 (Thursday). (Barangay is closed on Saturday and Sunday).
2. Issuance of BID Documents from October 29, 2024, (Tuesday) to November 07, 2024 (Thursday). (Barangay is closed on Saturday and Sunday).
3. The deadline for submission of Eligibility Requirement and Bids is November 07, 2024, Friday not later than 12: 00 noon.
4. There will be a pre-bid conference on November 04, 2024, 10:00 AM at 2nd floor, Session Hall of Kalumpang Barangay Hall.
5. Opening of Bids in Sealed Envelope at Barangay Kalumpang Session Hall, November 07, 01:00 PM, Thursday.
6. Bid Evaluation November 11, 2024, Monday.
7. Post Qualification November 12, 2024, Tuesday.
8. Issuance of Notice of Awards November 15, 2024, Friday.

The BAC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid & reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or part thereof, to waive formality therein, or to accept such bids or to award any work that is considered most advantageous to the Barangay Kalumpang, Marikina City
